Cancellation Policy

If the order has not been prepared or dispatched, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an order that is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Provide a description and photo evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we offer a choice between a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement of the incorrect or damaged items at no additional cost.

Quality Concerns

At DaybrookMead, we pride ourselves on the quality of our pizza. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your food, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of your concern. If your claim is about the quality of the food, we will investigate the matter, and if validated, we will offer a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the approval of your refund request. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. If you received any promotional or complimentary items as part of your order, these are also non-refundable.

Refund Exceptions

Late or Missing Refunds
